This is a large reflector, usually for film lighting. It would be hung up off set and would reflect sunlight or spotlight to diffuse the light across a greater area.

These are 12 feet by 12 feet, with brass grommets and rope tie-downs along the edges.

One side is white, the other side is silver. They are semi-waterproof, but I wouldn't take them camping.
